Aim. To study the effect of eplerenone on activity free radical oxidation and renal function in rats with experimental diabetes mellitus induced by streptozotocin. Materials methods . Experiments were carried out 36 male Wistar rats. Diabetes (DM) was simulated a single intraperitoneal injection streptozotocin at dose 65 mg/kg. Eplerenone injected into stomach 50 Results.
